I. Initial Consultation…
The initial consultation can be done by phone or e-mail, during which we will discuss your requirements for curtains, blinds or curtain rods. After collecting the necessary information, I can give you an estimate price.
II. Studio Visit or On-Site Consultation
Initial consultation may also be a STUDIO VISIT where you can browse my sample books of fabrics as well as accessories. Please contact me to make an appointment. You can do it over the phone 07834763939 or simply send me a message with our contact form.
We can skip the studio and make an appointment for ON-SITE CONSULTATION. I will visit your home/premises and advise you on the best solutions for your window(s). I will also consider how the arrangements will fit into the window/space and provide advice on proper mounting/functionality if needed. Furthermore, I will also bring a sample of fabrics, so you can see them in your place.
III. Project quotation
After a detailed discussion of your needs and choice of fabrics, I will prepare a QUOTE for you, which you will receive on your e-mail within a few working days. If you decide to continue working, you must accept the estimate and confirm it by e-mail. I also require a deposit of 50% to start working on your order. After that, your order is added to my work schedule and I will order the required materials.
I will keep you informed about the order process and I will call you when the order is ready for installation.
